Description
I need someone with Data entry experience to enter information from scanned pdf files into a pre‐
formatted Excel sheet.
The aim is to enter all the Delivery Note information associated with an invoice.
Each invoice has a number of Delivery Notes (DNs) associated with it. The purpose of the exercise is
to capture the information from the invoice and each accompanying DN onto a spreadsheet. Note
that the format of both the invoice and DN will vary slightly from entry to entry.
The information to be extracted from the DN and into Excel is as shown on the attached file (Fiverr
sample invoice and DNs):

In some cases, the DN or invoice information may be illegible or poorly scanned. It is best to use any
magnification tool in the pdf (Sharpening, Zoom, Loupe etc) to decipher what the information states,
as this data capture is critical.
If, after thorough investigation, the data is still not legible, then enter “Illegible” in the DN column
On average, there are about 15 DNs per invoice, but this can fluctuate between 2 and 30.
Delivery output
Looking for 250 entries per day (each DN/invoice is considered an entry) or more as the freelancer
sees fit. Payment will be based on number of entries rather than time for completion.
Pricing
The freelancer will be paid as a multiple of a batch of 250 entries. I propose a fee of US$10 per 250
entries, or pro‐rated thereof. Note that there will be cross‐checking of the data entry work and the
fee will be paid only for each correct entry. I estimate that there may be up to 1,000 entries per
project but this can and will fluctuate between 300 and 5,000.

Before submitting a formal proposal, please make sure you are fully aware of the full scope of works
and that if you have any questions, please direct them through the Fiverr app. There is a limited
budget for this project and so once a freelancer is appointed, cost variations cannot be entertained
due to a misunderstanding of the Scope.
