Removed discharge head flange bolt and back support flange bolt,pump base bolt
,Muff coupling, split ring and head shaft,discharge head top flange bolt,

Removed pump base and stuffing box ,discharge head,Muff coupling, split ring and
line shaft

Removed tapper column pipe,Muff coupling, split ring and line shaft,column pipe ,
11 Removed complete bowl assembly,suction bell mouth,muff coupling, split ring and
impeller shaft

Cleaning and painting of Taper column pipe, column pipe, Discharge head, suction bell
mouth,and bowl assembly
13 Repairing and balancing of impeller if required.
14 Impeller casing linear replacement and machining if required.
15 Pump casing repair and wear ring replacement if required
16 Replacement of Rubber bearing, shaft sleeves if required
17 complete ball assembly,suction bell mouth,muff coupling, split ring and impeller shaft ,muff
coupling, split ring and line shaft
18 Assembly of column pipe,muff coupling, split ring and line shaft
19 Assembly of Taper column pipe,muff coupling, split ring and line shaft

As there is single EOT crane thus work may be hampered as CW 2A overhauling is U/P.
