bkonopka03@g State University, majoring in Liberal Studies. I heard about this position
thanks to Indeed. I believe that my ability to work hard in rough
situations and the ability to learn new things quickly can help me be the
perfect candidate for this job! Working with a team is very important to
get the job done and help the clients receive the experience they
expect to have when contacting your company with the hopes that
they can receive the help they deserve.

Due to being in a fast-past environment with my education, I have

learned how to grasp new information quickly and put it in a way I
could understand. While at Arizona State University, I learned the
classes are only a few weeks, so I started to teach myself how to do the
things I needed to do while getting feedback from my professors.

I was able to grow my people skills while working as a barista in a hotel.

We had different people coming in every day, so I learned how to talk
to them in a way that will make them want to come back and trust me
to make their orders every day. I was able to make new friends with my
customers and create a connection with them to the point where I
knew parts of their personal life. Some will talk to me about their
problems and how they are feeling.

While working as a barista, I had complicated orders sometimes and

they would have to correct with no mistakes for some customers.
During this time, I learned how to pay attention to details and
remember the little things we think we can miss without anyone seeing.
I was able to help improve my listening skills and my understanding of
what people would want.

I am excited to speak with you to hopefully become part of this

wonderful company to help its growth and mine as well. I believe my
skills can help the company with its clients and the company can help
