Ans. For couples more than 2 people we can keep a restriction that they cannot apply to government jobs and also government benefits like pensions, government housing will not be applicable to them. This may be harsh but it works definitely as every year people more than 10 lakhs people apply for government jobs.
2. For us to follow traffic rules.
Ans. Impose very high fines on crossing traffic regulations i.e double or triple the current fines for a traffic violation people should get scared to cross traffic rules. Strict rules should be introduced like western countries, cancel the license if the same person gets traffic challan more than 3 times in a month. Also, honor the people who follow the traffic rules regularly by giving a certificate of appreciation in public.
3. For people in bad relation to file a diverse.
Ans. The government should assign some mentors and lawyers for very less cost so that people come forward to discuss their problems and solutions. Counseling sessions should be free cost and made available to both couples and their families to discuss what is good and bad. The government should provide some financial help for divorced to raise his/her child at least for a few years after the divorce.
4. For us to respect our maid/house servant
Ans. Form unions for maids if any misbehavior on maid lodge a complaint in local unions. Improve labor rights to them. Impose strict rules for any discrimination in the workplace. Play social awareness ads in favor of maids in public places likes theatres.
5. For us to marry outside our caste
Ans. People should not use not their caste in names on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram. The 10th board exams should not accept the names revealing their caste In their names instead we can start using our parent's names as prefix or suffix as our second name. this will ensure that people can make friends and love in the natural process. also, there is no way of reminding our caste as we won't use our caste in public at all . also love marriages should be encouraged rather than traditional arranged marriages.
6. For women/LGBT to have equal rights
Ans. Create awareness form school level itself that everyone is equal. And it is because of hormones few people have different feelings. The government should take care of creating importunities for them like giving reservations and diversity. There should be a strict rule like SC/ST atrocities act to stop discrimination among them. LGBT column should be mandatory for any application. The government should telecast awareness ads in TVs and theatres about the problems faced by them. the government should support through housing programs, welfare benefits, pension schemes, free surgeries in government hospitals and other programs designed to assist them.
7. For girl child to have equal rights
Ans. When a girl is born If we register for the birth certificate the government should give some amount to raise the child and take care of her needs. Free education should be given to them if a parent sends the girl child to school monthly some amount around 2k should be given to parents. As mid-day meal is mandatory in school she can get good food in the school itself. The government also should provide some benefits to raise the girl and make her study until higher education. Dowry system should be strictly banned in Indian society many Indian parents are thinking of a girl as a burden due to dowry.
8. For you to take this course seriously
Ans. Give weightage to attendance and class participation. Also, ask questions in the middle of the class to make sure that everyone is attentive. Keep a quiz every week so that everyone will be up to date and come prepared for the class.
