The graph explains that 20 % of the total dealer’s trade Legrand within 0-10 %. Among
industry end-users, the Legrand as a brand is preferred less. Legrand is more preferred in
domestic and residential segments. The dealer’s surveyed where the majority in and around
the industrial area. As a result, a greater number of dealer’s trade Legrand within 0-10%.
ABB is preferred more for its drives in the industry segment.

The graph explains that 21 % of the total dealer’s trade L&T and C&S within 10-20 %.
Among industry users, the L&T as a brand is preferred more. As a result, a greater number of
dealer’s trade within 10-20% so as the L&T company can push their products these 22
dealers.

The
graph explains that 39 of the total dealer’s trade L&T within 20-40 % among industry users,
the L&T & Schneider as a brand is preferred more. As a result, L&T provides various
switchgear products which will create the stock highlights in their area of business. So, as the
L&T company can push their products these 39 dealers and improve their business area in
order to get market coverage and profitability.

The above graphs are divided into several parts and show the co-relation between Dealer’s major
customers and company products annual sale. While we can see here is the different range for
annual product selling and how the major customers deal with the dealers. As the dealer’s data was
collected near and surrounding the industrial area, we can see that panel builder, Contractor and
Industry End users are the major customers of the L&T in all the range.

Through the graph1, we can see that L&T stock share availability is quite high with all the dealers
while comparing to others. This shows that L&T stockist and company never had an issue with the
product availability in the market, while also looking into another way to Schneider market share
graph 2, Schneider is also trying to reach into the market in the same way as L&T do.

Also as looking into Siemens market share graph 3 suggest that they don’t have high market
preference in dealers, we can see that they don’t have high bar except for 0-10 % Range and as we
know that their major customer and influencers are panel builder, so they work with them and the
whole retail channel works in a different way.
