Description:

The objective of this project is to implement Oracle E-Business Suite Modules for Sales,
Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Services Business Processes. Daniel Measurement and
Control is a division of Emerson Process Management which is currently running Oracle E-
Business Solution across other divisions.
The project involves implementation of Oracle Applications in Daniel in the footprint of the
Emerson Process Management (EPM) Oracle 11.5.10 single instance. The scope of the project
involves implementation of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, planning, compensation
and services modules.

Description:
Dell has two implementations of Oracle Incentive Compensation viz COINS & GIA.

While COINS is initiated to calculate the commission for 8000+ sales representatives, GIA is initiated to
calculate bonus for 60,000+ Dell employees world-wide.

Project: GIA R12 Implementation (Jan 2009 to Nov 2012)


Overview: GIA (Global Incentive awards) is Re-implementation in R12. GIA was an
existing Global Application running on 11510. This project was initiated to Re-
implement in R12 with less customizations using the latest features in R12 .

Responsibilities:
- Build Custom OAF Pages for R12 Implementation for Upload/Create/Update screens.
- Setup and implemented the Dashboard intelligence using CRM OOO feature for R12 implementation.
- Migrated all the custom JSP's of 11.5.10 to R12 and resolved all the upgrade conflicts and issues.
- Involved in GL/OIC Setups and Compensation Plan configuration for R12 POC.
- Part of the POC Team, analyzed the benefits of R12 Upgrade and prepared the "Implementation Plan for
R12".
-Developed two complex interfaces such as HR Direct and Earnings load for GIA

Project: Resource Manager (May 2008 to Jan 2009)

Overview: Resource Manager is a module of oracle e-business suite, which is used to create resources,
assign roles and groups to the resources. Dell sales employee Info flown into Resource Manager using
nightly run HR Interface, Data Stewards will assign the roles and groups of these employee. This info will
be used by many downstream applications. This application is very critical for DELL

Overview: COIN$ Sales is a Re-implementation in R12. COIN$ was an existing Application running on
11510. This project was initiated to Re-implement in R12 with less customizations using the latest
features in R12.

Responsibilities:
- Built two new complex Interfaces 100 tagging interface and Custom Credit Allocation for Sales
Compensation Project.
- Worked in integration of TM with OIC for Sales Compensation project.
- Identified product bugs in OIC, Worked with Oracle support for patches.
- Build Dashboard reports using CRM OOO feature for Business Validations.
- Prepared Launch scripts including LDT's for automated deployment in Production.
- Performed GL and OIC Setups as part of maintenance in GIA Project.
- Provided Support during Implementation and stabilization of the project.
