Objectives:
The student will be able to

1. To explain the basics of different dc network theorem to realize the performances and design of different dc electrical
networks which are utilized in dc transmission, distribution networks, analysis of electrical machines and different
power electronics applications.

2. To be competent with the basic laws of electromagnetism to analyze the operations of different electrical machines as
well as generation, distribution and transmission of electrical power.

3. To be familiar with the basics of alternating current systems to understand the performances of different power system
networks and electrical machines.

Pre-Requisite:
