TAKING ATTENDANCE DURING EXAM

 IMPORTANT GUIDE

• Make sure you know all the date/time on your exam schedule.
• During the exam, you will need to take attendance from the “Class Attendance Link”. This link can
be found inside your school email “GSIS Exam Attendance Link” and also in all your Google
Classroom.
• The “Class Attendance Link” will be the same link used throughout the whole week for every
subject.
CLASS ATTENDANCE LINK
After clicking the “Class Attendance Link”, please turn ON your
camera. After you finish taking attendance, turn OFF your
microphone.
 INDIVIDUAL STUDENT LINK

Click on the “Individual Student Link”. Please turn on both your

camera and microphone with this link.

You must NOT SHARE THIS LINK WITH ANYONE ELSE.

 INDIVIDUAL STUDENT LINK
Inside the “Individual Student Link”. Please click “Present Now”
to share your entire screen.

2. Click on the box and press “Share”

Let’s say you are about to take your Computer

exam soon. Go to “Classwork” tab and find the
“Exam Attendance Link (Term 2)”.

If you notice carefully, your “Class

Attendance Link” can also be found
here as well. This is the same link
that is used for attendance in every
exam you have this week.

Click on the Assessment link, to begin your exam.

• If you do not see the exam post,

please do not panic.
• Your teacher is monitoring your
Google Classroom and attendance
screen at all times.
• Please wait for the teacher patiently.
 Once you finish the exam, press “Submit” button.
If you finish the exam before time, do not close the “Class Attendance Link”
and “Individual Student Link”.

• Your teacher will still need to monitor you during this time.
• However, you can use the time to read for your next exam.
