That I am not gainfully employed and thus, I only generate minimal income for me and my
family’s sustenance.

That I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical, and I have not been
gainfully employed.

That my husband Edgar P. Abejar is presently connected with Accusource Business Consulting,
Inc. and is earning minimum wage.

I execute this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose this
