The Hotel Royal Singi' is the self owned living federation which is located at

Tindhaara Marga, Kathmandu ,Nepal with over 300 wholly owned and
managed properties. It was established in AD. It has been providing facility
of hotels and hospitality ever since AD .The Hotel specializes in occupying
strategic, inner city locations and servicing primarily corporate clients. The hotel
has a big area of land and it is considered as a three star hotel in Nepal. The Singi
Hotel properties which account for 68% of total revenue. It is fitted on with 6
acres of landscaped grounds. It is located approximately 5km away from
Narayanihiti Durbar Square. Hotel Singi when established had a capacity of only
75 rooms . The hotel then decided to sum up more. Now there are total
rooms. The hotel also had one conference room during its establishment .
Addition of one hall is done recently , it is established concerning a special
occasions. The hotel also added the health club facilities and special package
room for the birthday celebration. The hotel has a crown of its customers mostly
during February to April and October to December. It is due to high proceed rate
of tourist during those times of the year. As per periodic change , number of
staffs, equipment, services has also broaden the value for the company so that it
can subsist with challengers.

Despite of its proper Existence , it does have large number of contender such as
Oasis Kathmandu Hotel, flying Yak Hotel, The Milestone Hotel, hotel Himalaya
hub and many more. The dedication and fondness of Customers is based on the
quality of services that is provided. Due to high number of contenders, the wheel
and deal system is very high within customers. So the main vision of its
establishment is to afford them a good quality services and provide satisfaction to
customers. The hotel has divided into different departments . each department
consists a respective subordinate personnel with high experienced so there is a
less chance of imperfection . Hotel Singi Follows a proper organizational structure.
In case of any misinterpretation, the staffs interact with department heads rather
than the owner of hotel itself . the department heads take the problem to
managers and that process goes on till owner. The normal staffs can have a
friendly talk but within authorities. Some staffs are in cultural dresses so that they
can promote the culture among the tourists .the surrounding itself attracts the
foreign tourists, peace environment with greenary nature cools up the mind itself
The staffs is somewhat depressed, due to the economic downturn and
restrictions being made on landscapes . The smaller landscape is not letting them
to open spa, swimming pool and many other more . they has decided to expand
its operations in the future market and continue to focus on delivering an
exemplary business service, at affordable rates, in order to develop the customer
relationship After reviewing different scenarios, the Hotel management team has
decided to target (be registered )as four star hotel in upcoming days
