    Estimation of Two

    Room Building

    Center Line Method
    Center to Center length –

    Room Long walls - 3.50+4.00+0.30+(2x0.30/2) = 8.10m combined total length

    Room short walls - 4.00+(2x0.30/2)= 4.30m

    Verandah front - Extreme outer length at plinth --(2x0.30/2)

    = {3.50+4.00+(3x0.30}+(2x0.05)}- 0.30= 8.20m

    Verandah Sides - 2.50+0.30/2+0.2/2= 2.75m
