Reflection
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)
1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology coaching and technology leadership from completing this field
experience?

I completed blended learning module for my upcoming 7th grade students. I learned that to facilitate and implement technology
prior to beginning instructing new students, you must be extremely knowledge about technological resources and digital tools that
will support a wide variety of student learning styles. I also learned that technology leaders need to have a concept of various
instructional strategies, standards, and personalized learning tools to develop resources that will be effective for all students.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs,
enthusiasm) required of a technology facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected above. Use the language of the PSC
standards in your answer and reflect on all 3—knowledge, skills, and dispositions.)

Knowledge - Thisfield experience related to the knowledge I needed to complete this field experience because I needed to
understand various tools and resources available to help me develop these this blended learning module without personally
knowing my students, their abilities, or unique learning styles.
Skills - I had to have the proper skills to utilize the chosen digital tools necessary to help me design and develop the module.

Dispositions - I had
to have a positive attitude that despite the various challenges presented within my current school and not
knowing anything about my students, I must be able to devise and develop a plan to utilize resources and tools that support all of
my diverse students’ needs.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be
assessed?
This field experience will greatly impact student learning because they are going to learn how to use a learning style and resources
other than what they may be used to participate in a personalized learning experience that contributes to their academic success in
my classroom.
