Marla’s Meals - Option to Donate Credit to Hunger Resource Network

Beginning this week: I ndian Trail families can help give back, by donating funds from any future ordered lunches
that have not already been credited to the Hunger Resource Network. This is an OPTIONAL donation but if you are
not interested in participating you need to login and cancel your April lunches in your account. Marlas Lunch will
use any unclaimed credits to purchase and donate food needed to help stock our local food pantry shelves and
donate through the Hunger Resource Network on behalf of Indian Trail Elementary School.

All families have already received lunch credits through 4/3 and those are safely tucked away in your lunch
accounts to be used when ordering opens again (credits do not expire). This week and thereafter you can donate
credits to the your local food pantry. This is how it works:
● If you are a yes to donate to the local food pantry do not touch/cancel any future lunches and that money
will automatically be donated on behalf of your school. If you don't have any credits in your account OR
wish to donate more money log in and click on “Food Pantry Donation”.
● If you DO NOT wish to donate to the local food pantry please log into your account and cancel any future
lunches.

Marlas Lunch will donate money from any lunches that have not been cancelled by each Friday to your local food
pantry. They will continue to do so each week during the month of April. They will address May's Lunches in May.
Please contact Marla’s Lunch with any specific questions: marlaslunchinfo@gmail.com or 224-269-0068.

April Ice Cream Day Credits/Refunds

We will be in touch in May, once we know if school will be re-opening, with a decision on whether April’s ice cream
day will be rescheduled or if we will issue refunds/credits for those that ordered.
