AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, EMMA T. ACEVEDO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of L.

Barrios St., Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the Attorney-in-Fact, authorized to sell a parcel of land, of

FRANKLIN V. PERALTA, one of the heirs of MANUEL O. PERALTA who is
the registered owner of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-41570;

2. That I am the custodian of the said TCT No. T-41570;

3. That the said Title was lost/misplaced and its whereabouts cannot be
ascertained despite due and diligent search undertaken;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for all legal purposes that it may serve.
