PIZZA

Pizza Leather Ingredients:

     1/4 tsp instant yeast


     1/2 tsp sugar
     150 gr flour
     1 tsp salt
     1 tablespoon cooking oil
     75 cc of warm water

Material Content:

     1 tablespoon margarine


     2 cloves garlic, minced
     135
     75 gr onion, chopped
     25 gr peppers, sliced 1 x 1 cm
     450 g tomatoes, pour boiling water, peeled, blender
     1 tbsp tomato paste
     1/2 teaspoon oregano
     1/2 tsp basil
     1 tsp sugar
     1 tsp salt
     1/2 tsp pepper

For the Topping:

     25g grated cheddar cheese


     100 grams of canned tuna, crushed coarse
     5 pieces of button mushrooms, sliced
     2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

How to Make Pizza:

     Skin: Mix yeast, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir, pour
cooking oil in the middle, with fingers while stirring
pour the water little by little.
     Knead until the dough does not stick in hand. Cover
with plastic and set aside until fluffy (* 30 minutes).
     Contents: Heat margarine, saute garlic and onions,
paprika enter. Stir briefly, then enter the tomato
puree, paste tomatoes, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, and
pepper. Cook until the batter is thick, remove from
heat.
     Prepare a 24 cm diameter pizza pan. Preheat oven at
180 C. Once the dough expands leather, roller 3-4 mm
thick. Place the pizza on a baking sheet. Tap-tap so
that the edges slightly thickened.
     Rub the surface with the content material. Sprinkle
tuna, sliced mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Flatten,
then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in oven 15-20
minutes
