B. Rationale
AISA PTH 60-1 are our header machine which install the header and the sleeve.
AISA PTH 60-1 manufactured on 2008. Dosing nozzle block is part of machine of to make
doughnut on process for the manufacture of header. Function of the part of this part is to load
bearing driver lever when the piston dosing work to encourage the doughnut out. Now,
dosing nozzle block are crack and broke. We suggest to buy this parts to avoid losses and
fulfill customer requirement.

Nozzle unit is part of machine that serves to make parison ( doughnut) before the
compression process for the manufacture of header. Valve seat , valve tip, and air blast cover
is a very important part of the machine AISA PTH 60 S.
Actually, that part are not available for now. If there is any problem, it caused machine off
 and can not running for production activities.

C. Reason for Supplier selection

AISA Automation Industrielle SA

We choose AISA Automation Industrielle SA because this is single supplier for this product
and not available in locally with cost about CHF 18.590,01 or IDR 282.464.419,74

D. Analysis

Standard machine AISA PTH 60-s is running production with speed 60 pcs/min and production
output as many 3600 pcs/hours. If anytime this problem arises, this machine will be off so we
can get loss of production output.
