Subject: Strict compliance of Compendium introduced by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India,


in CWP No. 309 of 2003 & others.

Greetings,

Please find attached here with the Compendium introduced by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in CWP
No. 309 of 2003 & others, for strict compliance but National Zoological Park at Delhi, within their
premises, violating the legal provisions on said Compendium read with the Biological Diversity Act,
2002, besides Recognition under section 38 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.

Hence, immediately take cognizance, restoring five freedoms of animals in death row, holding
responsibility upon Director, Food Committee, Delhi Police, AWBI, DSPCA, CZA, NBA, to safe guard
flora & fauna, in the interest of Public at large, animals as well, during the threat of COVID 19.
