I. Background/ Rationale
The Group 2 Oral Communication in Context Class of STEAM 11 Descartes, under Mr. Hersil
Terence Sean C. Villamor, will hold a seminar-workshop on EXTEMPORANEOUS SPEECH that will
enhance verbal capabilities and improve thinking skills of the students. It is hoped that the seminar-
workshop will be successful and the participants of it will gain more knowledge about Extemporaneous
Speech.

II. Objectives and Flow of Discussion

This seminar-workshop aims to preserve everyone to become a potential speaker someday. Also,
to help them in enhancing their skills in speaking specifically in Extemporaneous Speech.
