Prevention System
Forklift proximity warning and pedestrain detection system uses the latest technology to significantly reduce
the risk of collision between moving vehicles and pedestrians in the workplace. The system sets up an invisible
exclusion zone around the vehicle, providing an audible (siren followed by “Look Out! Person near you”) and
visual warning alert to the operator when someone is detected within the programmable zone and vibration
alert for pedestrian. This creates an opportunity for the driver and pedestrian to take appropriate action to
avoid an incident. The detection precision is with 0.1m accuracy, and the trigger distance can be set from
0.5m-32m.

Forklift Safety Camera

An Orlaco safety camery system provides an optimum view of the

working area: every pillar and horizontal beam can clearly be seen
on the monitor. It enables the driver to spot irregularities in time and
work faster and safer. Our camera systems are developed with a
view to improving safety, efficiency and comfort.

The Orlaco camera shows everything that the driver of the warehouse
Truck needs to see: the forks of the truck, the pallet to be moved and
the racking. A separate camera can also be used to show the area
behind the warehouse truck, and the monitor has a sharp picture
even in poor lighting conditions. The intelligent location of the
camera makes it very easy for the driver to position the forks quickly
and precisely. This prevents damage to goods or the racking - yet
