The first very notable thing in the retail store was that there were no national
brands in the store. All the brands present in the store were private labels this
should not be a problem for most people as all the brands are owned and run byy
the parent company TATA.

There were seven clothing brand in total in the men’s section

 Nuon ,WES lounge and Studiofit- were the brand which were designed to
appeal and fit the younger buyers ranging from the ages between 16 to 25
mainly the collage students who are more fashion and trend conscious and
are inclined towards high street fashion wear. Jeans, chinos t-shirts casual
shirts and shorts.
 Wes formal- was only the one formal wear which catered towards the
office goers As most offices these days allow smart formal wears. Formal
Pants jackets and shirts
 Ascot and WES Casual were the two semi formal wear which were geared
 towards catering the modern more trendy office goers between the ages of
25 and 55. Semi formal trouser, jeans, collared, t-shirts, jackets.
 ETA was a blend of trendy hipster clothing and beach wear. T-shirts and
shorts
 Apart from this there were no men’s ethnic wear in the store.

 Wardrobe GIA were the brands which were designed to appeal the office
going women’s in their thirties which consisted of dresses skitrs tops suit
jackets pants, jackets.

The first very prominent thing that was evident as soon as one entered the store
was the use of mulig cloth hanger in the store which were excessively used
throughout the store the good thing about them was that easy to grab any piece
of cloth that was hung and have a good look at it and hung it back easily if you
don’t .one does not have to bend down pick up a shirt unfold it and then look at
it. This also made the staff’s job easy as they don’t have keep folding the clothes
again and again after the potential customer looks at it. The racks were
extensively seen in the shoe section and were 18 inches approx in length and did
not exceeded more than six feet five inches in height so people can easily access
any shoe which they like there were 4 to 5 shelves throughout the store in
different sections in the casual section different sizes of the same shirt were kept
on the same shelf and so was the case for the informal section the gondolas were
mainly kept in the middle of the store to utilize the empty space in the store. In
the lingerie section the cloths were hung on the little racks as the don’t require a
lot of space to display all in the men’s formal shirt section one piece was kept on
the mulig hanger so one does not have to open all the neatly folded shirts in order
to try them he can try on the trial peace.
