65 mL volatile oil/1000 mL preparation

Brandy – fermented juice of ripe grapes
Whisky – fermented mash of wholly germinated
malted cereal grain
NOTE:
Chemical Reaction
NaNO3 + C2H5OH + H2SO4 C2H5NO3 (Ethyl Nitrate Spirit)
+ Na2SO4 + H2O

25 mL and nmt 30 mL of mixed oils in 100 mL of spirit. It contains 65%
to 70% alcohol
