April Update 
Well,  this  is  not  something  that  was  ever  expected.  We  hope  that  you  and  your  families  are 
staying  healthy!  It  has  been  a  crazy  few  weeks!  Please  continue  reading  for  important 
information  about  our  transition  to  online  learning,  San  Francisco,  and  other  updates.  We  miss 
you and can’t wait to see you!

ONLINE LEARNING 

We would like to thank you for your patience as we navigate these challenging times. In
the upcoming days we will start a new chapter in public education. There is a huge
learning curve that students and teachers will be navigating together.

As we transition to ‘remote learning’, we will continue to post assignments in google

classroom. Below are the codes to each classroom.

AP and IB Testing

AP - The AP Exam will be a 45 minute online exam on May 19th at 9am. For more
information please see ​College Board website​ or ​HERE​.

IB - All exams have been cancelled. For IB music we will still be submitting the IA’s.

SAN FRAN UPDATE

Due to the COVID - 19 virus we will no longer be traveling to San Francisco. I am

currently working with WorldStrides on the next steps.
We are not able to get a full refund back, however, we can credit that money
towards a trip for next year. Please read e-mail ​HERE​. If your student was planning on
traveling with us please fill out the form ​HERE​ by Thursday April 9th. If you have any

FUNDRAISING 

Thank you for everyone’s contribution to help us fundraise for the program and the trip. Thank 
you to Tuyet Vu for setting up the musical tree fundraiser! We are looking forward to doing it 
again next year!

Congratulations to all students who auditioned and were selected to be a part of the 2020 
Honor Ensembles.  
 
The Honor Choir put on a beautiful performance on March 7th at Lincoln High School.
