Brookfield India Office Parks Private Limited upholds Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
(QHSE) as a core value in its business and is committed to create and maintain a safe, healthy &
environment friendly work place.

We will continuously improve our performance in QHSE by:

 Complying with all applicable statutory and other requirements;
 Identifying and providing adequate control of the health and safety risks arising
from work activities;
 Encouraging communication, consultation, and collaboration with employees and
stake holders on matters affecting their health and safety;
 Ensuring competency of employees and contractors through training;
 Providing information, instruction, awareness and supervision for employees;
 Taking proactive measures to prevent accidents and work-related ill health;
 Continuously improve QHSE performance by setting objectives & targets and
reviewing them periodically;
 Providing adequate resources and empowering concerned personnel for implementation
of the policy;
 Planning for, respond to and control emergencies/crisis;
 Integrating QHSE concerns in the procurement decisions;
 Optimizing the consumption of energy, conserve natural resources and minimize pollution
by adopting appropriate environmental measures;
 Continually improve QHSE performance through monitoring, reviewing and fostering a
positive HSE culture;
 Reviewing and revising this policy as necessary at regular intervals.

We require active commitment for QHSE from all employees. Line management has a
leadership role in the communication and ensuring compliance with HSE policy.
