When started Rometa?

Since 1956 Rometa has designed and manufactured block making machines.
In 1956 was designed the first machine, Rometa V-60, for three blocs.
In 1968 was designed the first automatic machine in Spain, Rometa 1000.
In 1972 exported to France, Portugal, Morocco, Nigeria ....countries. Block making machine from 1956

In 1985 was designed high production lines Rometa 2025 and 2030.

Rometa installations incorporate a Remote

Assistence system to display, verify and modify
parameters of PLC. ( LENZE )

In 1990 was born FORLAB, equipment for quality control of concrete. With this system, if the client has internet
connection up to the machine, he can have a
technician online, from our office in Rometa.

In 1995 Production monitoring per computer.

We can look for problems, find them and give a
solution, we can assist the client faster, reducing
costs of assistance without trip.

Introduction to Asia Markts as Vietnam, Tailandia, Malaysia,... Now, we can also display and modify parameters
of the speed variators of motors ( Inverters )

In 2000 Electronic Vibration. Electrical equipment

The client haves a Rometa Technical online

In 2005 was designed the Rometa 4050 Modem

For high productions > 18.000 blocks/shift.

In 2010 Remote Installation Control meaning on-line Internet connection

 How are we working?
We are working focusing in the machine design as mechanical, electrical and electronical parts.
A 7 engineers team jointly with our experts suppliers, we are producing the Rometa installations
in our Factory.
The Rometa concept is based on robust and accesibility principles which are necessaries for a best
operational including the newest proposals in engineering and electronic.

assembled and verified before loading.
