REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Deposit payment P6,500

STEP 2: Go to the PTAS website: www.ptadvancementseminars.com

Note: Use a laptop or desktop PC to register. The site does not support mobile phone browsers.
Sign Up to a new account and complete all required information, then click on Register. (Sign
Up tab is located below the home page). If you have a previous account, proceed to Login.
Login using your Username and Password that you created during Sign Up.
Go to the Courses tab and click on Lower Peripheral Joints (EAC Manila). Go to Schedule for
course date and venue then Click on Register (+ button). Accept the Acknowledgement page
and upload your payment receipt, then click Confirm. You are all set!

STEP 3: Physical Therapy Advancement Seminars (PTAS) will send you an email or message to
confirm that your Registration is complete or pending within 5 business days. Once your
Registration is accepted, you may Login to your account in the PTAS website and view your
profile under Enrolled Programs.
