Reason for Change

Individual Component:
* Part made of initial material in softer physical property, that could meet GR326 mechanical standard.
To reach stricter straight pulling strength i.e. 90N for transceiver application, a Stronger/ Harder material is considered,
that further enhances mechanical strength to meet the requirement.
* Minor design change at component's rear region, to improve part assembling process in production.

Adapter assembly items:

* To further enhance mechanical strength, that exceeds GR326 standard.
