Day 1: 24th CHANDIGARH – DALHOUSIE (320 KM/08-10 HRS)

Day Services: Stay, Dinner & Car

Upon arriving at Chandigarh Railway Station/ Airport, meet our representative & drive to Dalhousie. This place is also famous with the name of
“Mini Switzerland of India” due to its similar landscapes to that of Switzerland. Arrive & transfer to Dalhousie hotel. Rest of the day will be free
to explore the local Market. Overnight stay at Hotel.
 

Day 2: 25th   KHAJJIAR + DALHOUSIE LOCAL

Day Services: Stay, Breakfast, Dinner & Car
Today after heartily breakfast cover Khajjiar sightseeing (22 Kms from Dalhousie). Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by
admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjiar Lake and lush greenery surrounding it. Later hit the roads to Dalhousie. On the way back, we will
take a halt at Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis &
St. Patricks, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market.  Overnight stay will be at hotel.
 
WINTER NOTE:  In Winters Due to Snow fall Khajjiar Sightseeing will Be Subject to Road Conditions and as per Govt Rules   &
If Possible to reach via Chamba it will be Extra Chargeable on the spot.
 
Day 3: 26th DALHOUSIE - KASOL (320 KMS / 9-10 HRS)

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Kasol. Kasol offers something special for everyone. It gives peace to
mediators; inspiration to artists, daring Activities for adventure Seekers and this list just goes on. As soon as you will enter into the terrains of
Kasol, you will feel cool breeze already taking all your stress away and surprising you from its jaw- dropping landscapes. Reach Kasol & transfer
to the hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 5: 27th KASOL-MANIKARAN-KHARI GHANGA TRAK
Day Services: Stay, Breakfast, Dinner & Car
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Khari Ganga Trak.   In proceed towards Manali. On the way catch
glimpses of Vaishno Devi Temple, Near Kullu, we will take a stroll in Pashmina Shawl Showrooms and will try out our hands on white water
River Rafting too. Reach Manali followed by check-in into the hotel. Overnight stay will be in hotel.

DAY 4: 28th MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY (15 Kms)+LOCAL CITY TOUR

Day Services: Stay, Breakfast, Dinner & Car
After breakfast it is time for some adventures!

 Solang Valley (15 Kms from Manali)

Summers or winters, this place never fails to fascinate the visitors. Summers offer enchanting greenery all around whereas the winters are
blessed with amazing snowfalls. While visiting Solang Valley one should also try their hands on adventure activities as it is one of best place for
 adventures near Manali. You can enjoy activities like Paragliding , Cable Car Rope way ,Zorbing ,Snow Scooter , Skiing ,Horse Riding . Later
return back to Manali & cover Vasisth village & Hadimba Devi temple. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
 
Winter Note:  During Snowfall Solang valley sightseeing point will be covered if weather, road condition is clear and
possibilities of vehicle to reach there, otherwise sightseeing up to Barrier Point will be provided.
  
Day 6. 29th MANALI – CHANDIGARH (310 KMS / 8-9 HRS) (OVERNIGHT JOURNEY)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive To Chandigarh In Kullu you can do river rafting, Paragliding on your own & visit
Bhutico shawl factory.
Note: Kullu River Rafting& Paragliding will be on your own expenses and subject to weather conditions.

possible to visit due to heavy snowfall / traffic jams/ limited time/ closed roads or monuments/ unforeseen incidents etc.

inclusions will be applicable. Thus, guests are advised to book their package before the cut off dates.

 Stay for 5 Nights on Quard occupancy (43 Adults Sharing 11 Room 4 Sharing).
 MAP Meal Plan – 5 Breakfasts and 5 Dinners (Same as number of nights).
 Separate Car according to the itinerary (& A/C Will not be used in hilly areas).
 Transfer taxes, parking, fuel & driver charges.
 All applicable taxes except GST.

 Personal Expenses - Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:

 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the
package.

 We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired
package before 30 days of your travel date.

 Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non
refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to
cancellation of your tour.

  Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.

 Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like
confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

 Advance amount 50% is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

 In exceptional cases like Instant death, company can refund the advance payment amount but only after
deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the
refund amount)

 The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market
as per the Government policy.

 Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.

 AMENDMENT POLICY-PREPONE & POSTPONE:

 In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days
prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15
days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

 Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even
after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance
amount deposited.

 In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo
and season/off season time.

 We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic
conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance
payment.

 The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your
booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer  your booking you must meet the
above terms and conditions first).
