Skills:
This business mainly require the skill of advertising. We have team
member like Abdullah and Aijaz who have skills like this. As well as good
relations skills with customers are required by management team.
Links and Connections:
As I already discussed we have relatives already in this field which will
provide us apathy which will be helping in dealing with our business.

Duties and responsibility of the positions:

CEO:
To make the policies to manage and supervise inventory to direct the co-
manager to improve sales turnover of these policies.
Sales Manager: To give Promotions to sales and marketing activities to
take order from the ambassador’s and fulfill the orders on time.
Treasurer:
To check the amounts, maintain the all money related programs.
Relationship Manager:
To bring new customers, ambassador’s to make agents, introduce product
in new market
Market Manager:
Product launching campaign new markets, media etc.

Availability of contract manufactures or service providers:

We are contracting with minimum a 2 manufacturing companies because
rely on one is not good option.

and will hire different persons for different work ..

We are already done with that and done a deal with a friend.
