B: Yes, it's me.

A: Could you tell me a little about your educational background?

B: I have a degree in English Literature Department of Darma Persada University.

A: Can you tell me about your last job?

B: I’m a receptionist in a developing company.

A: Could you tell me what your duties are?

B: Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including
greeting guests, announcing them appropriately and answering screening and forwarding
incoming phone calls, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail and also
schedule meetings and travel for executives.

B: I would like to know whether you know your responsibilities if you are

accepted here.

A: As far as I know, a PR officer is responsible for planning publicity strategies and


campaigns, writing and producing presentations and press releases, dealing with inquiries
from the public, the press, and related organizations, speaking publicly at interviews, press
conferences and presentations providing clients with information about new promotional
opportunities and current PR campaigns progress, building a good relationship not only
between the company and its employees but also among employees and between the
company and customers or colleagues.

B: How would you describe your relationship with your present

company?

A: Our relationship is very good. We communicate well.

B: So, I would like to know why you are leaving your job.

A: I want to get a more challenging job which is relevant to my educational background.


B: I wonder if you could tell me something about what kind of person you are.

A: I’m diligent and sociable. I am a fast learner. I am very eager to learn. I’m also a good
communicator.

B: What would you say about your weaknesses?

A: Some people say I’m a perfectionist.

B: What is your goal for the future?

A: Working for a well-developed company like this company.
