Project Description:

The Customer Engagement Center (CEC) Application built on multiple pega strategic
applications will help JW automate many manual customer support processes and consolidate
two separate customer support operations-Customer service (pre sales) and Customer care
(post sales) onto a unified platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Implemented the design approach for Pega PRPC applications by using Pega
Guardrails rules.
● Analyze Design and Constructing of the requirements.
● Understanding the project requirement and client expectations. Involved in
development of various rules Like Activities, Decision Rules, Declarative rules, UI
Rules.
● Expertise in developing User Interfaces, screen layouts using, Harness, Section.

Description:

Sell and Renew Program enables to setup a new customer by collecting the information about
the group info, subscriber’s info and calculating the rates based on the plans selected by group.
And we allow the customers to change the plans, address details etc. Renewing the eligible
customers ever year and replacing the terminated plans with new plans and re calculates rates
based on the current effective rates.

 Involved in designing the integrations like Service-SOAP and Connect-SOAP
