Mastercam Levels
Lesson Challenge: Organize an imported assembly by creating levels, moving bodies and
renaming current levels.

Open the supplied file “Challenge – MCU Gas Pedal Assembly – Level Management”

On the Levels Manager start by purging any empty levels. The file contains 2 solid bodies
and 2 surface bodies. The solid bodies are the Pedal and Pedal Arm. Rename the levels
appropriately and set the following level numbers.

 10 – Pedal
 110 – Pedal Arm
 20 – Front Pedal Surface
 21 – Back Pedal Surface
You will need to move the Front and Back Pedal Surfaces from their common level to
individual levels.
