Working process –
Working of Thermosmart
The inner wall of the thermosmart is of a Phase Changer Material (PCM). When
you pour a cup of water in thermos of temperature about 170 degrees
Fahrenheit and you can set the temperature to 140 degrees Fahrenheit by
using temperature settings on thermosmart. The thermos extracts the heat
from the water and store it in the PCM. In this case, the material starts out in a
waxy form and liquifies as it absorbs heat. This fairly quickly cools the water
down to the desired temperature, but in the process the PCM becomes a heat
storage "battery". Once the water reaches 70 degrees using temperature
measuring sensors thermosmart sense the some change in a physical
characteristic of water and display temperature on the Digital LCD. If it starts
to cool further, the a microprocessor-controlled heating system senses
variation in the temperature and pre-sets to control the exact temperature by
extracts heat from the PCM "battery" and uses that to maintain the
temperature rather than directly heating the water using normal battery
power and keeps all manner of food at a temperature of you choose for at
least two hours.
Manufacturing process –
The some parts for the thermosmart like Digital LCD, temperature measuring
sensors, microprocessor-controlled heating system and Lithium ion battery are
all purchased from companies that produce those items. The raw material i.e.
stainless-steel pipes are cut into the appropriate length and make stainless
steel into the shape of a bottle by water expansion or stretching process. By
using a large press and followed by the “Bottle Shaping Guide” outer and inner
bottles are prepared as per requirements. Threads are made with a special
threading machine. Removes lubricating oil and dust during molding and
inspect the bottles. The cap of bottle is made of plastic and the outside is
wrapped in stainless steel.
Make a provision for digital LCD on outer bottle. The electrical components are
assembled first on inner bottle. These components are designed so they can be
simply snapped together. Once the internal wiring is complete the inner bottle
is coat with phase changing material. The inner and outer bottle are put
together on an assembly line and assemble together by pressing machine.
Weld the inner bottle and outer bottle together and ensure smoothness, no
bumps or solder joints. Check whether inner bottle and outer bottle were well
welded.
Polish the surface of outer bottle to ensure it is smooth and bottle mouth is
smooth and bright. Inspect each bottle including technical and visual
inspection and lid leak test. After inspection, make the bottle ready for external
coating / decorating using powder coating or spray painting. Print the pattern
design and logo on the bottle and pack it.
