This assignment you will write everything you eat into a schedule for one week.
This assignment has 10 points. Information must be collected and addressed during
the assignment due dates as assigned by this course.
I. Part One
1. Make a plan chart for 4 days that include all your meals, snacks, serving size or
quantity of you food intake
2. Type all the food and/or beverage that you have during the day with the serving
size in your chart.
3. Continue adding your food choices until you have listed everything you ate and
drank in one day for the four days. Don’t forget to add water and exercise if you
consume it as well.
