Day Do’s Don’t’s

1. ½ Watermelon, 3-lime, 3-oranges, 1-pomegranates, and ½ rock melon grapes, bananas, litchi and mangoes,
Fruit juices
2. 100 gms Palak+250 gm Cauliflower+100 gms Cabbage+1-Beet+2- Fruit juices, Tomatoes
Gajar+2-Cuccumber+2-Chilli+3-Lemon Steamed or Raw
3. Combination of day 1 and 2 Fruit juices
4. 6 bananas+4 glasses of milk +diluted soup Fruit juices
5. 6 tomatoes+ sprouts +Paneer Fruit juices
6. Sprouts, Cottage cheese and other vegetables Tomatoes, , Fruit juices
7. Fresh fruit juice, 1 cup of brown rice/half chapatti +vegetable
Note  Increase water intake to 15 glasses by the fifth day
 Completely avoid tea coffee or alcohol replace these with black tea, black coffee and lime water
 A 45 minute walk
 Vegetables can be taken in salad form or eaten as a whole

Diet Plan for Day 5


Breakfast– 2 tomatoes, A Bowl of Red Kidney Beans seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon.
Mid-Morning– A Cup Curd
Lunch– A Bowl of Brown Rice, 2 tomatoes, Palak Paneer
Evening-Sprouts Salad with onions, lemon juice, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Dinner-Light Curry made from Soy Chunks/ Vegetable Soup, Cucumber and tomato salad made from 1 cucumber and 2 tomatoes.

Soup Recipe:
Crush and make a pulp of Steamed ½ Onion+½ Shimla Mirch+1 Gajar+2-Tomotoes+3-Leaves Palak
Fry powdered cumin seeds+1-clove+½ Tej Pan+ ½ Tej phool +Black Pepper+ salt in ½ Tea spoon Olive oil Add 1 Tea spoon corn flour
Add the pulp to this and boil on low flame.
