2009. It begins as a recruitment organization and in a small period one
of the largest Placement Office specialist in Automobile Industries.
We have a broad area in different industries like; Automobiles, FMCG,

IT & non-ITES, Retail, Healthcare & Pharma, other service sector etc.
but our main expertise are Automotive Industries.
At AMC our Endeavor is to perfectly match the clients’ expectations

with those of aspiring candidates. The requirement are studied in details
in order to identify suitable candidates from the database, witch is
constantly updated. We refer only those candidates who measure up to
acceptable standards after preliminary screening. In short we one of the

Recruitment Process Strategy
 Study the nature of requirement: When contacted by a client for a vacancy

our experts study
 The job specifications in detail i.e. nature of job, qualification required etc.
 Search Candidate: Our database is scanned for the candidates meeting

the job requirements.
 Short list Candidates: Candidates are called for a preliminary interview in

order to ascertain the capabilities of candidate as per details furnished by
them in the CVs.
 AMC will brief the candidate about the career prospects and the
company and job profile in detail.
 Credentials: of the candidates are reconfirmed.
 Selection by Client: CV's of the candidates short-listed by us are sent to

the client for interview and selection.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Our service charge would be One month Salary of each selected candidates
( But if you will selected more than 4 candidates than we will charge 20
days salary of each candidate ) by your organization through us for all junior
and middle level positions and senior positions.
2. Additional GST @ 18% (as applicable) will be charge on the invoice
amount.
3. Our payment has to be clear within 30 days from the date of joining of the
selected candidate, If you do not make our payment within 30 days for any
reason , you will be charge extra 18% of the total amount .
4. Our services also include the replacement of the selected candidate, without any
charge, in case any selected candidate resigns within a period of three months
of his / her date of appointment.
5. For interview of outstation candidates, all expenses at actual to be borne by the
organization for which prior consent shall be taken by consultants.
6. In case the Employer wishes to advertise the vacancies in Newspapers/
Magazines, Employer will bear the cost, for consultants shall take that prior
consent.
7. Written order may be place in our name giving details of vacancies. The
requirement should be indicate the age, experience, qualification & salary offer
to the prospective.
8. Payment must be made by cheque / DD only and must be drawn in favour of
ANUSHKA MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY payable at Gurgaon.
9. All disputes subject to the Jurisdiction of Gurgaon Court Only.

10. None of our forwarded candidate can be absorbed through any other consultants
or directly by your esteemed organization if not selected your interviews with in
One year of such interviews
