Conclusion

After finishing the assignment we can say that, controlling is the intregal part
of management in any organizaton. Without controlling managers can not
operate any organizations effective and efficient manner. We can also say that
without objectives and plans control is not possible because performance has
to be measured against some establised criteria. Effective control is possible if
it is to be flexible, to be fit the organisational culture, to be economical and to
corrective action.
