Holy Angel University”
Statement of The Problem
The researchers aim to determine the relationship of teaching Practical Research 1 towards the
difficulties experienced by the Grade 12 students of the school year 2019-2020 on the said subject through the
utilization of correlational methods. Specifically, this study aims to determine if the difficulties encountered by
the students is affected by the content, teaching method, assessment procedures, subject workload, and
availability of materials based from the curriculum of Practical Research 1. The following are the questions
sought to be answered by the study:
1. What are the difficulties encountered by grade 12 students in learning Practical Research 1 and 2?
2. What are the difficulties encountered by teachers in teaching Practical Research 1 and 2?
3. Is there a significant relationship between the difficulties of teachers in teaching practical research 1
towards the difficulties encountered by the grade 12 students?
