ORDER EXTENDING THE SEAL

Upon consideration of the United States= ex parte application for a nine month extension of

the seal period, the Court finds that good cause exists for the extension of the seal pursuant to 31

U.S.C. ' 3730(b)(3). However, the court hereby grants a six month extension of the seal rather than

a nine month extension of the seal. The United States shall have up to and including January 13,

2014, within which to notify the Court of its decision to intervene in this action. The seal period

shall not be extended further.

The court further orders that the seals applicable under the various state laws be

extended to run concurrently with the federal seal unless and until an individual state plaintiff

requests otherwise.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
