Gold Oil

Make sure to use all dried and powdered herbs when making this oil. Use to drizzle
on bread, soup, quinoa, potatoes and root vegetables. It is delicious in sautés,
marinades and sauces. Add a little vinegar and honey and you have a wonderful
salad dressing.

Ingredients

· 2 cups olive oil

· 2 tbsp turmeric

· 3 tbsp coriander

· 2 tsp fennel

· 1 tsp cumin

· 1 tsp fenugreek

· dash of salt & pepper

Directions

1. Add oils and dried spices to bottle

2. Shake well

3. Let herbs infuse into the oil for a couple of weeks before using. Shake before using

4. When you’ve used the oil, add the remaining dried spices to marinade
or salad dressing.
