    Subject: SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL SECURITY

    Reference to your application/form in the tender opening date 28/03/2016 for the
    work/scheme namely “Construction of Streets, Drains, Side Walls, Sanitation etc. at”
    amounting to Rs. 2.00 Millions, it is evaluated that your quoted rate 9.26% below is the lowest
    amongst the participated contractors.
    You are therefore directed to submit a Insurance Guaranty/Bond of a company
    (for quoted rate up to 10 % on Engineer Estimate) of amount Rs. 140000/- and also execute
    agreement deed with this office within 7 days positively, so that to proceed further in the matter.
    Furthermore this shall be treated as a first and final notice.
