Myself Rohit Gupta. I received the job offer letter from your side on April/24/2017. I,m expected to join as
the "Front End Trainee" at Sparx IT Solutions, Noida.

With immense pleasure, I’d like to say that I’m glad to be accept this offer letter. In this regard I  have
already given my acceptance letter  and excited to join the Team of Sparx IT Solutions  to work in a  place
with great learning and exposure opportunity that would enhance my capabilities and bring out the best in
me.

However, I beg to state that I won’t be in a position to join the organization on the date mentioned in the
Job Offer Letter (i.e. 01TH May.,’17). This is due to the fact that I have met with an accident into which my
Nose bone got injured because of this I have been hospitalized and have gone through an operation. Since
I have been asked for one week bed rest so, it is difficult for me to join on the given date.

Having had a word with the doctor, I could assure you my joining  by second week of May, since by that
time I will be in a healthy state to work.
Also I have attached supporting document of discharge letter from Hospital,

I hereby request to understand the gravity of the situation and allow me some time before I can take up this
opportunity of sharing work space with you.
