It appears as a half moon to the naked eye, and is half way through the waxing cycle

between the New Moon and the Full Moon. Be prepared for some serious momentum

at this stage of the cycle. Try to use it to your advantage.

The Law of Vibration
Have you read the Bonus Module: Manifestation yet? If not, it might be a good idea to start there
as it will give the Law of Vibration some context.

The Law of Vibration is the universal law that I choose to live by in


all areas of my life…

As a reminder:

The Law of Vibration states that everything in the universe vibrates on its
own frequency at that things with a similar frequency are drawn together.

When I say everything, I mean everything. You, me, inanimate objects, animals, flowers, bacteria,
illness, emotions, thoughts, EVERYTHING.

You know when you just ‘vibe’ with someone? That’s because you’re on a similar vibration to
them. The same goes for when you don’t vibe with them. On paper you guys should be the best
of friends, but something just feels off. Ya feel me?

How about when you pull an oracle card and you’re like ‘holy moly that really resonates with me’.
Well that’s because that card is vibrating on the same frequency to you.
You’re drawn to it and it’s drawn to you.

Or how about when you speak about someone and they call you or appear seemingly out of the
blue? The frequency of your vibrations at that point in time are communicating with each other.

Pretty cool huh?


FINDING THIS A LITTLE HARD TO GET YOUR HEAD AROUND?

It’s probably because these vibrations are not something we can see, touch, hear, smell or taste.
In other words our sensory system is completely oblivious to them therefore we believe it to be
false or unproven.

Here is a good example of not always being able to pick up the truth with our sensory perception.

We know for a fact, through science, that dogs can detect sounds that humans can’t hear. A dog
whistle is a prime example of this. Even though none of our senses can pick up on the sound
vibration of the whistle the dog can so we believe it to be true. If you take the dog out of the
equation, however, does this mean that the sound no longer exists?

No… same goes for the Law of Vibration. Just because there is no quantifiable and physical proof
of its existence doesn’t make it an untruth. In fact once you start working with it, it’s impossible
not to believe in its existence.

The same could have been said about electricity, radio waves and wifi at different points
throughout history. True?!

Again, if you haven’t read the Bonus Module: Manifestation I suggest doing that now.

Thoughts and Feelings are the the biggest instigators of a vibrational shift. Separately they do
their bit, but when both placed behind an intention they create massive ripples in our vibrational
force field. But here’s the thing…

Many of us are living a life of scarcity, fear and in a constant lack mentality. It shows up in our
unconscious (and sometimes conscious) thoughts and emotions. For the majority of us it’s
been this way since childhood when our belief systems and thought patterns were originally
engineered, most likely by an experience or at least our perception of that experience.

Low vibrations like stress, anxiety and worry are all as impactful on the Law of Vibration as the
High Vibrations that we want to attract. So start by becoming aware of where your energy is
leaking through negative thoughts and feelings.

Once I realised that my thoughts, feelings and actions were impacting the outcome of any given
situation, it eased my anxieties. I was able to conclude that no matter my situation I had the
power and vibrations to change it.

So what does all of this have to do with the moon? Well I’m SO glad you asked…
La Luna Vibration

The more you tune into each phase of the lunar cycle the more you’re able to
observe the subtle energetic and vibrational shifts that take place inside of you.

Your sensory perception, thoughts, emotions, energy levels, sleep patterns and
even food preferences will alter slightly depending on what phase the moon is in.

Bringing awareness to your own vibrations grants you the ability to alter, expand
and attract the vibrations around you. This will also become apparent not only
through each of the eight moon phases but throughout the year as the moon
moves through different astrological signs, aligns with different planets and takes
place in different seasons.

Personally I find that the New Moon supports me to fully embrace


The Law of Vibration, where one of my teachers believes that the Full Moon
energy is far more supportive for her.

I recommend creating a vibrations journal and simply noting whenever you


feel a subtle shift in your own personal vibration.
W H AT D O E S A S H I F T I N Y O U R V I B R AT I O N F E E L L I K E ?

Here’s a few examples…

You’re in an average mood just minding your own business, and then your favourite song comes
on the radio. You start singing at the top of your lungs, you can’t wipe the smile off your face,
your entire physical and emotional vibrational patterning has altered. This is a shift in vibration.

Same goes for watching a feel good movie, catching up with close friends, even a glass of wine
after a long day (probs not the best example, but definitely a relatable one).

You feel things shift on a cellular level.

The High Vibrations meditation you were led through as part of the Lunar Nights audio
recording is an excellent way to feel the vibrations of specific feelings on a cellular level.
You can access that guided meditation in the Meditation Library and as part of this module.

Exercise is also a very tangible way to feel altered vibrations. The simple act of moving, shifts
vibrations and it is perhaps the easiest way to change your circumstance immediately. This goes
for life’s problems too. As great as stillness is and there is absolutely a place for it, in this work,
often just moving, is enough to impact the situation into growth (or decay if necessary).
Waxing Crescent Log Book
Let’s start your vibrations journal by documenting how you feel over the next few days as we

progress through the Waxing Crescent phase of the lunar cycle.

You can free write, jot down points or simply write down words that resonate with you at this time.

If you enjoy the experience, consider doing it for the next few lunar phases as well. On reflection

you can start to see how your vibrations alter with the corresponding moons. Pay attention to

energy levels, reactions to people and situations, productivity, proactivity and sleep patterns.
