VENDOR

 Vendor will register with his mobile No. OTP Will be send to his mobile no to confirm.
 Vendor will enter the OTP and will complete the registration by agreeing terms and conditions.
 Vendor Will Login to the App.
 Vendor will provide personal details with email. Confirmation email will be send to provided email
with a link to confirm.
 Vendor will choose the services from the provided list OR enter a custom service (Need to Discuss)
and charges.
 Vendor has to enter his bank account No. (This is for money transfer – need to discuss)
 Vendor will deposit initial deposit amount (Until This process, Customers will not be seeing his
profile)

CUSTOMER

 Customer Will be able to see the services available. Customer will be able understand the workflow.
 Customer will register with his mobile No. OTP Will be send to his mobile no to confirm.
 Customer will enter the OTP and will complete the registration by agreeing terms and conditions.
 Customer will enter his details including location (GPS Location or manually enter the locality)
 Customer will have option to Rate and Review Vendor whose service was used before.
 Feedback option

WORK FLOW

 Customer Will Browse through available services - > Select Services -> Select Date and Time.
 Service Providers or Vendors list will be shown with details like Price and Rating, Reviews, no of
times Hired etc.
 Customer Select the Service Provider or Vendor, send him Work description.
 Customer will have option to call the Service Provider or Vendor, send a chat message.
 Customer will receive Quote from the Service Provider or Vendor.
 Customer accepts the Quote
  Notification in App, SMS and Email will be send to Selected the Service Provider or Vendor and
Customer as well.
 Notification in App, Email will be send to Selected the Service Provider or Vendor and Customer on
morning of the date of work if the selected date is not Today.
 Notification in App, Email will be send to Selected the Service Provider or Vendor and Customer 3
hours before the work.
 On Click of Notification, Details of work will be shown with Name and Phone No of the person who
will be doing the work. (Assuming customer only select a vendor and vendor might be having many
workers and he will be sending one person for the work)
 After Finishing the work, Service Provider or Vendor opens the app, Enter the amount and save.

 Customer opens the app, select the work, select payment options, pay the amount through online
payment gateway. Notification in App, Email will be send to Selected Service Provider or Vendor and
Customer. Work Will be marked as Completed. Customer will get option to rate or review the
vendor.
 OR
 Customer opens the app, select the work, select payment options. Choose option “Pay by Cash” and
Save. Pay cash to Service Provider or Vendor. After receiving the Cash, Service Provider or Vendor
will open the app, and confirm the payment and save. Work Will be marked as Completed.
Notification in App, Email will be send to Selected Service Provider or Vendor and Customer.
Customer will get option to rate or review the vendor.

PORTAL
 A Responsive website with services provided.
 Admin account will be created. Admin will be able to add other portal users.
 Admin can see the android user’s profiles and details and block users.
 Admin can see and reply feedback from android users.
 Transferring money to Vendor’s account (Need to Discuss)

Admin will have Following Reports.

1) Vendor report with No of times got hired, Completed, Pending, Rating.
2) Customer report with Pending, Completed, Services hired.
3) Transaction report with payment details.
 4) Day wise Monthly transaction summery report.
