Bed Making Training - Stateroom
Check that sheets have no stains before
putting them on the bed
If sheets and pillow cases are stained during
the cruise you MUST change them regardless
if it is linen change day or not
If you find the sheets and pillow cases are
stained at each service they MUST be
changed at each service (morning and
turndown)
If Pillow case is stained DO NOT turn them
over and hide the stain but change the pillow
case
Bed Making Training
Pillows need to be centered in the middle of each mattress
Bed pad must fit the bed configuration; twin bed should have
1 twin pad per bed and King bed should have a king size
pad
Fit and fix the bed skirting properly daily once the bed is
made up
NEVER use knots or tie sheets together when making the
bed
If guests would like an addition blanket put it under the top
sheet and advise guest you have done so
