Review as #2
defined in PE-WP-340 Project Engineering Work Practice
-
Health, Safety and
Environment (HSE) Guideline (ref appendix 7)

b. Conduct preliminary Electrical HAZOP with input from the LBA HSE, technical
a and
operational teams. The review shall include the safety aspects of design, installation and
cutover.
An Electrical HAZOP is an electrically oriented safety and operability review.

3.4 Project Schedule

It is envisaged that the full replacement of all HV and LV switchgear will occur in stages over a four to
five-year duration, with each switchboard manufactured and installed sequentially. The aim is to
spread the total project expenditure evenly over a four to five-year period.

The consultant shall develop a preferred project implementation sequence based on an appraisal of
the existing equipment occupational safety and reliability risks. (It is envisaged that the HV switchgear
will be replaced first)

Provide a preliminary schedule for the total project, in MS Project Gantt chart format, detailing the
duration and sequence of all key project activities (LYB PMP phases two to five inclusive)

II. Approval processes (ref LBA for guidance)

Ill. Procurement I equipment delivery activities (quoting, quote review, delivery, inspection &
testing). Provide details of long lead time items.

IV. Construction and cutover.

V. Commissioning

project to an accuracy of +/-25%.

Itemise the cost of each switchboard separately.

Itemise all project costs including engineering (including spares),

and design, equipment purchases
removal of redundant equipment, write commissioning of
off of redundant spares, construction and
new plant (including cables and civil works), plant data base revisions, integration of project drawings
