I am writing to apply as Civil Engineer. I have been assigned as engineer assistant while I
am on my on-the-job training at DPWH 1st DEO at Roxas, Palawan. Given my knowledge of the
field acquired during my college days, experience, positive attitude and dedication towards work,
I humbly believe that I am suited for the position.

I recently graduated from Western Philippines University, Aborlan Palawan with the
degree Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as magna cum laude. My courses in civil
engineering field have given me a solid base upon which I could contribute for the betterment of
the Institution as well as the country. I had passed the licensure exam for civil engineers given on
November, 2019. I have attended various seminars, trainings and conference related to my field,
including various convention sponsored by Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Construction
Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training and Seminar, and various training for different
engineering related applications and software.
