TITLE: “VIDEO CLIPS WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE: ITS EFFECT IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ COMPREHENSION
SKILLS”

Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the pre-test scores of the subjects under the experimental and the control group before the use of video clips with
English subtitle as instructional material?
2. Is there a significant difference between the pre-test scores of the experimental and control group before the use of video
clips with English subtitle as instructional material?
3. What is the post-test scores of the experimental and control group of the subjects after using video clips with English
subtitle as instructional material?
4. Is there a significant difference between the post-test scores of the experimental and control group after using video clips
with English subtitle as instructional material?
5. Is there a significant difference between the pre-test and post- test scores of the subjects under the:
5.1 Experimental Group; and;
5.2 Control Group?
6. What intervention plan may be proposed to enhance teaching of Senior High School students in utilizing video clips with
English subtitle as instructional material?
