WARRANTY LETTER – PRODUCTS

Dear Sir,

ABB LLC (“ABB”) is issuing this letter in order to confirm that the products supplied for “PS 50
soft tarter replacement” project shall be free of defects in title, material and workmanship for 5
years from the date of dispatch. The warranty includes only failure of parts or component and
does not include preventive maintenance of drive.

The details of the equipment are as below:

If the products do not meet the warranty set forth, the Purchaser shall promptly, however at the
latest within 7 (seven) calendar days after the Purchaser becomes aware or should have become
aware, and in any event on or before the expiry of the Product Warranty Period, notify ABB in
writing. If the Purchaser fails to notify ABB according to the foregoing, it loses its right to have any
defect of the products remedied and to submit a claim related to such defects.
