CB-PTESOL REQUIREMENTS
1. Register 1 week before your desired test date or 1 day prior to the test date if the quota is
still available.
2. Register and make payment on the first floor of Balai Bahasa UPI.
3. Test fee:
a. Rp65,000 for civitas academica of UPI
b. Rp100,000 for non-UPI
*Payment can be made using cash only
4. Present a valid ID card with photograph and signature (for non-UPI) and a valid student
ID card (for UPI students).
5. Provide soft file of recent formal photograph or send the photo by email to ptesol@upi.edu
by providing Name and Test Date as the subject of the email. The file size is limited to
3Mb with JPG format.
6. Postponing the test is allowed for one time only by notifying the test center at least 1 day
(working days) in advance of the actual test date.
7. Test certificate is available within 2 days (business days) after the test date.
