The purpose and the intention of this Saudization Training Plan is to promote and develop the
employment of newly graduated Saudi Arab citizens within the Abdul Mohsen AH Al Tamimi
Partner Company. To address the contractual obligation as part of Saudi Aramco’s specific
instruction.

2. SCOPE
This Saudization Training Plan covers the assessment and improvement plan for new / fresh
graduate Saudi Arab citizens in the Abdul Mohsen AH Al Tamimi Partner Company for South
Ghawar UR Early Works only.

3. OVERVIEW
This training plan is aiming to:

2.1 Making sure that the employees fells like an active member of the Abdul Mohsen AH Al
Tamimi Partner Company by giving him an orientation session when he joins the company,
involving them in the activities and responsibilities based on their discipline and other
company’s social and general events.
2.2 Implementing development policies and procedures to upgrade the employee’s
knowledge, skills, and abilities.
2.3 Employee advancement in the company.

4. IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT
3.1 Abdul Mohsen AH Al Tamimi Partner Company will continuously evaluate employee’s
performance and determine their weak areas that needs improvement through the
following:

A. Review performance measurement information


B. Access what is working and what is not.
C. Adjust the plan and strategies as necessary
D. Daily Monitoring and Coaching

5. TRAINING PLAN
5.1. The training shall be based on the South Ghawar UR Early Works & TCF project. A
training Plan Calendar is attached.
